This forearm can be installed on any Vepr-12 using a barrel clamp. The only modification needed is removing the factory forearm retainer, but do not worry, in case you change your mind (and you probably don't) we have some easy to install detachable retainers available:
Vepr-12/RPK Handguard Retainer and Vepr-12 to AK Handguard Retainer
